All Athletes, Parents and Mentors using the track facilities MUST be registered. Caroline Carron is in charge of reg. All children U7 must be accompanied by an adult at all times due to Health & Safety regulations Activities and events:
Throughout the year the club is involved in organising different events. As well as training which is ongoing, the club travel regularly to competition. We are involved in cross border sporting activities (see link in latest news)
with our Northern counterparts. Another activity of the club is we organise fun-runs for different charities i.e. People in Need and Special Olympics. "Go for Life"
For the more senior people in the community the club are delighted to be part of the "Go for Life" programme in recent years. This has proved to be very successful and has introduced a light exercise programme for our senior people Glenmore AC host a F UN ON THE RUN an initiative to introduce children to track and field events such as
100m sprint, ball throw & long jump. This is open to ALL CHILDREN from 7-15 yrs old
